Critical steps like precise ET value calibration and bolt hole alignment are overseen by senior engineers throughout production. Combined with multi-dimensional quality inspections including X-ray flaw detection and dynamic balancing tests, this ensures every wheel set delivers accurate specifications and consistent performance.
